"I Pre-ordered this sweatshirt months ago and the address was incorrect with the third party app I used, the app had said it was already delivered and I tried contacting my old landlord to see if it was there but no response and I was upset. A few weeks later I received an email from Lane about my Order saying it’s being packed and prepped. I emailed them immediately with my new address and they responded within 5 minutes changing the address! Customer service is phenomenal and definitely recommend ordering!"
