Honest review
"So I want to start off with these jeans are cute! Definitely something I would wear regularly when properly fitted. Unfortunately even tho I purchased my size, they were 2 sizes too big and this material is already overly stretchy not something I would normally purchase. I contacted customer service to see what my options were seeing as they had no jeans on the site that were my size. They offered a partial refund of $40 (I paid $69) because I used a coupon? Although the rep was very nice she never replied when I asked why I wouldn’t be able to receive a regular refund. The whole thing was very disheartening as a mama who just wanted some cute jeans for fall. Would I purchase from this company again? I don’t think I would nor would I recommend them seeing as how this isn’t the first issue ive had with sizing. I was unaware they had the no refund policy so when informed I asked if they were restocking in the future because I’d love a smaller size and that wasn’t an option . I think id save myself the trouble and just grab some Levi’s from target next time when I have the funds."
